squats 6/30/11

Box squat: 135 x 5 x 2, 185 x 3, 225 x 3, 275 x 3, 315 x 3

Stopped after not many sets of squat due to knee, hip, and back pain. Decided to play it smart and do some stretching/foam rolling and not push it when I was feeling pretty much completely mentally and physically worn down.
