Squat 6/24/11

Squat:
135 x 5, 225 x 3, 275 x 3, 315 x 2, 365 x 2, 405 x 2, 455 x 1, 485 x 1, 425 x 3 x 2

Good Mornings:
135 x 8, 155 x 8, 185 x 8

Band Leg Curls:
purple band x 3 sets of 10

Leg raise on bench:
2 sets of 10

TKEs: 2 sets of 10


This workout had me feeling like a little bitch. One set the right knee would hurt, the next set it was the left knee, and when neither hurt, the right hip did. Oh well, some days are like that. I guess I got up to somewhere between 90 and 95 % today so I won't complain. Just have to take what wasn't there today and push it hard on Sunday at the Jungle.
