Face pull: 3 sets of 15
Bent over row: 230 x 8 x 3
Shrug: 275 x 15 x 3
Decline Situps: 3 sets of 15
Got in some good pulls, but still feeling very weak at the start of the pull. Hamstrings were still pretty sore from Sunday. Wanted to die after the down sets.
