Hang clean: 135 x 5, 185 x 3, 225 x 3, 275 x 3, 315 x 2

Box Squat: 135 x 5 x 2, 225 x 3, 315 x 3, 405 x 3, 455 x 3, 505 x 2

45 degree raise:
BX x 12 x 3

Pulldown abs:
3 sets of 15

Leg Extension:
185 x 12, 235 x 12, 290 x 12

DB shrugs:
75 x 25, 85 x 25 x 2


Had to make this a short workout. Only had 50 mins after work. Felt very explosive on cleans and squats this week.
