Ab wheel: 2 sets of 10

Side Bends: 55 x 10 x 2

Decided to punish myself on squat today and really work on depth. The weights were relatively light, but my form looked like a bag of broken assholes without a box under me. Doing a free standing squat to depth really wrecked my shit tonight. I will be hurting for a few days.
